Let me make it clear about client Complaints
We would like you to get in touch by if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service:
We shall do our better to resolve your issues by the end of this business that is third after getting your problem. We will issue a written acknowledgement within five working days and our written final response within eight weeks of receiving your complaint if we are unable to resolve your concerns. Comprehensive contact information when it comes to Ombudsman are shown below.
Our last reaction will explain that you have got ultimate recourse into the Financial Ombudsman provider. We’re going to enclose their standard explanatory leaflet should you want to escalate your complaint for them. You need to repeat this within half a year for the date of our last reaction or they might not consider carefully your problem after that time.
